“..he had lots of creative ideas about how we could work around the challenges.”
It was very nice to work with John even though it looked at some points as though we wouldn’t be able to go ahead with the conversion. We were very concerned about having no party wall with the neighbour (being a terraced house), but that was solved in the end by putting in a firewall.
The nice thing was, and one of the reasons why we chose John, was that he had lots of creative ideas about how we could work around the challenges. He was able to solve all the problems.
The best thing is the dormer and the big window. We really enjoy having the space, it’s wonderful!
John was extremely friendly and very nice to have around the house. Nice with the kids, and that really counted with us.
We’ve already recommended him to other people who have come round to look at our loft. We were extremely satisfied.
